Residential Assistants are the first point of contact between the students in our halls and the Accommodation Office. They help with the running of the residences outside office hours. This includes giving information and support to students, helping with fire alarms, lock outs and being on-call out of hours.

Residential Assistants enforce Residence Regulations and are aware of health and safety requirements.

It is a paid post that is available to any full time current student at Anglia Ruskin. Full training is provided. It's an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a customer-focused role.

When a position becomes available it is advertised in Residents' News. You can apply when we are not advertising, and we will hold your application until a post becomes available. Submit your application to your accommodation office.
