Welcome to the Estates and Facilities Services homepage. We are here to provide a service for students, staff and visitors. We take pride in maintaining the Estate to a high standard to create a stimulating learning environment and a safe and welcoming place for all students, staff and visitors to Anglia Ruskin University.

We are responsible for the following services:

Residential Services - Provides residential accommodation for students and visitors both on and off campus.

Catering and Hospitality (for current staff and students) - We offer a wide range of services which will meet your catering needs, whether you are a student, member of staff or a visitor to our University.

Conference/meeting Facilities - Our University has a wide range of facilities suitable for conferences and meetings whether large or small.

Environmental Management (for current staff and students) - Our University appreciates the importance of preserving and improving the environment and is committed to minimising any adverse impact.

Estate Development - The Projects Team is responsible for the development of award winning buildings, refurbishment of existing facilities and enhancement of the environment by landscaping our campuses.

Facilities Management (for current staff and students) - The Facilities Teams deal with the day-to-day cleaning, janitorial, parking, general repairs and maintenance.
