The Faculty of Arts, Law and Social Sciences provides students with first-class teaching with many of our courses offering a distinctive blend of theory and practice. As well as a range of innovative courses developed in consultation with employers and industry, we also ensure our traditional disciplines are enhanced with professional relevance.

Cambridge has been identified as one of the UK's top creative hotspots (NESTA Creative Clusters and Innovation report 2010). The city is home to over 1440 creative businesses, and provides rich opportunities for collaboration with the city's entertainment, technological, scientific, arts, culture and heritage industries. Our students are able to benefit from these and other links with employers through the Eastern region.
