The Employability Strategy aims to support the Corporate Plan 2012-14, and highlights the importance of ensuring that our students graduate with the complete suite of skills that will enable them to find, remain and progress in work. In addition to their academic qualifications, this strategy aims to ensure that our students leave with the skills, knowledge and abilities to meet the needs of business (including leadership and management skills).
