Before booking your appointment

You must have written permission from your funding body to have a needs assessment before you can make an appointment with us. We will need a copy of this letter as proof of funding. We will also need copies of the supporting evidence you sent to your funding body with your DSA application. This should be sent to us before the assessment, so the Assessor has time to read it.
