Daryl R. Tabrett BOptom (Hons) PhD MCOptom

Dr Daryl R. Tabrett graduated Optometry at Anglia Ruskin University in 2006 before successfully passing Professional Qualifying Exams in 2007. Daryl progressed directly into his PhD, which was again completed at Anglia Ruskin University, and involved determining factors that influence function in daily activities in the visually impaired. Daryl is now working in the Vision & Eye Research Unit (VERU) as a post-doctoral research fellow.

Research interests

Main interests are regarding the visual, physical and self-reported function of individuals with visual impairment, specifically involving patients with glaucoma in an ongoing research project.
