St Andrew's head and neck poster prize

Criteria

Posters are invited from all individuals associated with head and neck patients; members of the Societies as well as non-members will be considered. Abstracts are accepted on a wide range of topics. An abstract must be submitted to the Selection Committee as a standard format before the deadline (please read the details below carefully). Authors who submit abstracts that fail to meet the requirements for submission will be rejected.

Please email: lorena.saiano@anglia.ac.uk with the subject title 'Head and neck abstract'.

Deadline: midnight, 20 September 2015.

By submitting the paper, the first author is agreeing to register and present, if selected, at the meeting. All co-authors of the paper must be aware of the submission.

The posters will be judged on Friday lunch time and prizes presented at the meal on Friday night.

Please follow these instructions when typing your abstract:

Do not indicate the centre from which the work emanates as the abstracts will be judged anonymously.
The permitted abstract length is 250 words, excluding the title, and should fit comfortably on a single page of A4. All text must be typed in single line spacing using single line spacing using font Arial 10.
Please divide the abstract into the following four headings: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
You must include data with clear descriptions of results and conclusions.
Do not use references or include graphs, figures.
The work must not have been published at the time of submission.
