We can offer a range of continuing professional development opportunities that will enable you to study for academic awards at undergraduate and postgraduate level as well as for stand-alone modules and workshops.
At PIER, we are currently developing a Masters by research postgraduate degree. Information about the current taught courses offered by Anglia Ruskin can be found on our postgraduate course pages.
We also offer MPhil/PhD research degrees in many fields including Criminology and Forensic Sciences. The award of an MPhil or PhD means that you will have made a substantial and original contribution to knowledge in your specialty evidenced by the successful outcome of examination of your thesis by independent academic experts. Projects can be supervised in a range of policing areas and with colleagues from other departments across ARU. Before applying formally, feel free to contact us for an informal discussion (please include a brief CV and outline of your research idea).
We are in the process of putting together a portfolio of innovative and exciting continuing professional development (CPD) modules and workshops for police practitioners.
We can tailor many of our modules and workshops to meet your specific needs, providing bespoke training solutions either on-site or at a venue of your choice.
