Her role also includes the business development and marketing communications aspects of the fast growing company.

Francesca explains:

“I really enjoyed my time at university and feel very fortunate that I have picked up such an exciting job so shortly after graduating. My marketing degree certainly helped to make the grade when it came to securing the position.”

“As part of my new role I am in charge of the international market which means I spend a large amount of my time on video conferences with colleagues from India, the US, Japan and other European countries.”

“I was certainly working very hard in the first few weeks just to keep up.  Now I feel my confidence is growing and I am making a positive contribution to the business.”
