Healthcare science offers an interesting career path for those who want to use science to help patients on their journey to diagnosis and recovery.

Anglia Ruskin was one of the first universities to be granted accreditation by Medical Education England to deliver the new Healthcare Science course in Physiological Sciences. The main focus of the work in the Physiological Sciences Division of Healthcare Science is to provide diagnostic testing. The two areas of healthcare science that we support are cardiac and vascular, and respiratory and sleep discipline.

Graduates will be well-placed to take up posts in cardiology or respiratory and sleep departments.
