Yvette has previous experience working in a management and leadership role in clinical practice in the NHS. She is an expert in online distance learning having worked for Anglia Ruskin University as an online lecturer since 2004.

Background

With over 20 years’ experience as a therapeutic radiographer in the NHS, Yvette understands the challenges faced by staff working in health and social care. Managing change and the need for service efficiency and improvement are key features of health and social care practice and this is reflected in the content on both courses Yvette leads.

Yvette is studying for a Professional Doctorate in Education; researching academic skill development opportunities available for online distance learning students and seeking students’ perception of the contribution these opportunities make to their academic development and in meeting their needs and expectations.
