Shirley is a senior lecturer in the Faculty, and is the course leader for a range of postgraduate courses which provide continuing professional development for qualified doctors.

Background

Shirley worked as a physiotherapist in the NHS before moving into HE as a lecturer, then senior lecturer, teaching on undergraduate physiotherapy programmes in Liverpool. Since joining Anglia Ruskin University Shirley has been involved in interprofessional education, working with students from a variety of health & social care backgrounds. She's very active in curriculum development for new courses.
