Lloyd is a lecturer specialising in Organisational Change Management and Human Resource Management.
Lloyd studied for his first degree, in organisation studies, at the University of Lancaster. His PhD, which explored the philosophy of belonging in modern organisations, was awarded by the University of Essex. Lloyd joined Anglia Ruskin University in 2006.
