Sophie Hales is a lecturer in management at the Lord Ashcroft International Business School based in Chelmsford. She specialises in management research, organizational behaviour and critical approaches to management.
Sophie Hales is a lecturer in the department of leadership and management in the Lord Ashcroft International Business School. Sophie holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, MRES in Management Research and a PhD in Management Studies. Her Masters and PhD studies were funded by the Economic and Social Research Council and her PhD research explores the lived experiences of sexuality and ageing in sexualized occupations.
