Rachael is Principal Lecturer in Corporate Education and Work Based Learning with a responsibility for business development and income generation in the corporate education sector.
She has a strategic role focusing on developing and leading work-based programmes that facilitate employer engagement within Anglia Ruskin. She is course leader for work based programmes including the BA (Hons) Management and Leadership, Certificate of Higher Education in Leadership the MA Leadership.
Rachael Hall has extensive experience of managing corporate, work based learning courses. Pivotal to her role is the Client relationship management for the programmes and consultancy delivered through the Corporate Education Portfolio including, Barclays Plc., UPS, Volvo, Alliance and Leicester, Co-operative Financial Services, Arts Council of England and Lottery Heritage.
Rachael led the programme development, design and validation for the Certificate of Higher Education in Leadership and the MA Leadership. The BA (Hons) Management & Leadership degree, (a corporate work based degree programme) formed a significant part of the submission for 2 successful Awards in the academic year 2012/13, namely the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development’s (CIPD) 2012 Awards – winning the Talent Attraction and Management category and the Target Job Awards.
