Dr Congmin Peng is a Lecturer in Quantitative Economics and Business at Lord Ashcroft International Business School. She previously studied and worked at the University of Essex.

Congmin’s research have predominantly focused on economics and finance scope, and include many characteristic of macroeconomic, microeconomic, and financial modeling, forecasting, as well as tremendous applied econometric skills with experience of many software packages such as Matlab, R, Stata. Besides, Congmin has abundant teaching experience in quantitative finance (financial modeling, risk management, portfolio analysis, options and futures, etc.) and corporate finance.

Congmin is the module leader of Mathematics of Economics and Mathematics of Economists, module lecturer of Analysis of Business and Business Analytics in Cambridge campus. She is also well experienced in teaching Quantitative Methods in Economics and Finance, Financial Modelling, Portfolio Analysis, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, Options and Futures, Financial reporting.
