Wholly funded by generous donations from our alumni, the Alumni Support Fund Scholarships are for talented first year students seeking extra financial support. In 2016/17, we plan to award five £500 awards to give those students the very best start to their time at Anglia Ruskin University. In autumn 2016 we will invite applications from those students who are eligible.

What is the John Spence Student Community Prize?
Each year, two students - one from our Chelmsford campus and one from our Cambridge campus - will be selected to each win the prize of £100.

To be considered, students must be nominated by someone who knows the voluntary activity they have done, and can write a short supporting statement describing and endorsing it.

Nominations must be received no later than 16 May 2016.
We'll announce the winners during June 2016.
What is the Mark Wood Art and Design Scholarship?
This is an annual scholarship for an incoming student taking up a place on one of a range of Masters courses at Anglia Ruskin University's Cambridge School of Art. It aims to recognise excellence at undergraduate level and encourage students to excel at Masters level.
The scholarship is worth £2,500 and will be awarded to the applicant who has achieved the highest final marks in their undergraduate degree. The scholarship is open to students who have studied for their undergraduate degree at Anglia Ruskin or any other university that can provide evidence of final undergraduate degree marks.

No longer do I need to worry about getting equipment or books, and now I really believe I can excel at Anglia Ruskin.
It's brilliant to have such a great start to life at university. Travelling to placements is expensive so this scholarship will help a huge amount.
