Our next concert

Following our highly successful rendering of Handel’s entire work Messiah in March, our Summer Concert 2017 is entitled Musicals, Madrigals and Romance and is a delightful programme of light music for a summer evening.

In addition, we are delighted to welcome the KEGS Jazz Band to their own spot in this concert, which is also sponsoring the young people’s charity KidsInspire.

The concert will take place in the Atrium of Lord Ashcroft Building on Anglia Ruskin University’s Chelmsford campus, starting at 8pm.

Tickets are available from Anglia Singers’ Ticketline (01245 350988), from Allegro Music, Chelmsford (01245 283527) and on the door.

Programme includes: West Side Story medley; Seven Brides for Seven Brothers medley; Afton Water (Sprig of Thyme); A Policeman’s lot is not a happy one (The Pirates of Penzance); and As time goes by.
