Winners 2012

The Original Truffles - £15,000

The Original Truffles Company provides fresh, organic truffles and a wide range of quality truffle products.

"We are also working together with a chef to create our own innovative (and tasty) products and have a long-term goal to create a local truffle farm.
Our vision is to educate people and encourage them to adopt a healthier way of eating and living. By doing that we hope people will find the way back to nature - and our truffles! "

CB - Innovative Ale for Women - £10,000

CB is an innovative ale, specially created for women, with distinctive flavours coming from the mix of two different hops: a sweet citrus flavor hop from New Zealand and a peach and passion fruit flavor hop from the USA.

By combining these two hops CB will create a fruity and exclusive peach and passion fruit aroma ale, which is served chilled, and which has a low alcohol content of only 2.8% ABV.

"Innovative ale with distinctive fruity flavours created by women, for women... can be enjoyed by men too!"
