Founded in 2000, Luminus provides housing services to over over 45,000 in 7,500 homes across the East of England. Luminus employees over 250 people and have twice appeared in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for. Group Chief Executive, Dr Chan Abraham is an Anglia Ruskin alumnus and in 2012 was made an Honorary Doctor of Business by our University.
To provide a range of work-based learning courses that Luminus can offer to their employees to help with their training and development programme, which has a focus on ensuring all employees have access to relevant training.
Anglia Ruskin is now the University of choice for any academic courses that Luminus place their staff on, benefitting from our range of online work-related courses, including our BA (Hons) Management and our FdSc Management of Social and Affordable Housing.
