CRaSH (Chemical Reactions and Safe Handling) is a short training course comprising of a set of two 15 credit modules aimed at production operators in the chemical industry. The content of which has been customised to suit the learning requirements of Huntsman. This work-based approach to skills enhancement and career progression of workforce has been welcomed by industry.
