A key to success for many companies is being able to access and develop graduate talent to offer measurable value to the company as quickly as possible.
It's been a year since Anglia Ruskin launched its pioneering new course developed for graduates working in growing businesses. Led by experienced trainers, business experts and guest speakers, graduate employees carry out independent project work between sessions that are developed around real challenges and aimed at increasing participants’ exposure to the different roles and responsibilities required in the workplace.
Brendan Shaw, UK Team Leader at Bertrandt UK, commented:
Understanding the challenges small and growing businesses face in finding the time and resources to develop new recruits, the Graduate Development Programme was designed to help newly graduated employees fast-track their ability to offer measurable value to their company while honing their personal business skills. The Programme delivers the experience, outcomes and benefits of an in-house graduate training scheme without the usual time outlay and other associated costs to the business.
The next programme will start in Chelmsford, Essex on the 4 February 2016. If you’d like to book a place or would like more information visit our graduate development programme page, or contact Tom Bates, Business Development Manager on 01223 695 878; email firstname.lastname@example.org
