We offer support for our Mentors and students and have processes in place to help our students succeed.
If you have a problem, the first thing you need to do is talk to the team and highlighting it early is critical, as it allows us and you to put in place the support that they may need. If you feel a student is not performing at the required level, you can contact the dedicated person in your Trust.

If you are concerned about student performance, it is best to start with an action plan, these are located in the Placement Documents beneath each skill.
