Faculty:Lord Ashcroft International Business School

Department:Management and Leadership

Course: BSc (Hons) Business Management,

Hi! My name is Estefania, and I am currently a second year student studying BSc (Hons) Business Management. I’m 23 years old and I am from Mexico, yep… quite a long way from here, I’ve decided to leave the daily sunshine behind and come to rainy England instead. And no, I do not regret it!

Since I came here I’ve been committed with myself and focused on my personal development and I’m enjoying every single day at Cambridge. Being at university has been an incredible experience and unique opportunity to learn and grow, and what I love the most is to be in an international atmosphere. We have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, there is great cultural diversity and I love it! It gives us the chance to experience different things outside of what we are used to, and we learn from people who have different experiences, beliefs and perspectives on things.

I have to say that I love the degree I’ve chosen, as it has helped me to understand and involve myself in the business world, which is something I am passionate about. I am a young entrepreneur and I’ve recently started my own business, and I will be delighted to tell you more about it in my posts. I’ve decided to become a blogger as my aim is to motivate and inspire other students, I am passionate about personal development and want to help others to understand their true potential and the steps they can take along the road that leads to success!

My motto is: ‘Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve’. Everything is possible.
