As one of our research students, we will encourage you to attend and speak at our regular research seminars and other events such as student colloquia, reading groups and guest lectures.
Our staff members have organised many successful conferences on such topics as Labour and the First World War, contested claims to human remains and children’s book illustration. Our students often organise their own research events, which have included interdisciplinary colloquia on subjects like hysteria and inheritance.
