India Bar Council visit to Anglia Law School

Delegates tour Cambridge campus, meet staff and students

In June 2014, the Law School was delighted to welcome an official delegation from the Bar Council of India to our Cambridge campus.

Upon arrival members of the delegation were formally welcomed by Professor Lesley Dobree, Deputy Vice Chancellor of the University, then toured some of our facilities, including the mock court room, the dedicated learning zones, lecture theatres and classrooms, refectory, gym and areas of social space.

During the tour of the campus library, our guests met with the specialist Law Librarian Graham Fennell, who demonstrated the wide range of electronic resources available to students.

After meeting members of staff, the delegates then met and had lunch with several undergraduate students as well as postgraduate students studying on our LLM International Business Law and LLM International Commercial Law courses.
