This workshop focuses on the value of key datasets as drivers of enhancement at course level. It will introduce Course Leaders to data that relates to student satisfaction and feedback. This includes a general introduction to Qlikview, and the Course Performance Model.  It also explores how data from NSS and PTES surveys, and Module Evaluation Data can be interrogated, analysed and applied to identify key areas for enhancement. The nuances in the data provided to course leaders will be considered, and how different datasets provide different insights. The workshop will also explore how SSLCs and Mid Module evaluations can facilitate and capture useful student feedback, and how all of this can be brought together to drive change and ongoing enhancement at course level.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a mobile smart device (e.g. tablet or laptop) with them

The workshop is jointly led by Dr Adam Longcroft and Dr Toby Carter.
