School of Medicine building

Untitled Page

The Faculty of Medical Science, opened in 2014, is the newest of Anglia Ruskin University’s 5 Faculties, dedicated to excellence in teaching, learning and research in ‘Allied and Public Health’ and ‘Medicine and Healthcare Science’.

We are working with local healthcare providers and a variety of stakeholders, to establish a School of Undergraduate Medicine on our Chelmsford campus.

Construction began in May 2017 on the new £20 million facility which will include state of the art skills facilities, specialist teaching space, lecture theatre, simulation rooms and an anatomy suite. This facility will complement our existing skills facilities and our brand new £3.4 million SuperLab.
